network in bank, telephone banking system is able to realize

Functions:
Inquiry
It mainly provides two kinds of inquiries: one is inquiring account
data, including inquiring balance of account, inquiring amount to
detail account balances (receive amount, payment amount), inquiring
stock fund balance, and inquiring whether or not the deal is done
(such as, securities transaction, transfer transaction) and so on;
the other consists of different kinds of deposit rates on domestic
currency and foreign currency, exchange rates, loan rates, credit
card stop payment name list and stock market information.
Password revision
The client is able to revise their password on client inquiry as
well as withdraw password by phone. As long as they input the
original password correctly, and input a suitable new client
password under the guide of telephone voice, then the original
password is able to be changed conveniently.
