Along with the computer increasingly extensive usage in bank office
management, the office software is no longer as individual office

instructions, report and work communication etc.
Administration management
It includes office supplies management, office equipment
management, house property management, vehicle management,
temporary employee management, personnel archives management and
expense management etc.
Public information
It includes bank introduction, bank institutions, bank leaders,
common telephone number, regulations, international telephone code,
domestic area postcode, train time table, flight time table,
financial industry information and electronic bulletin etc.
Individual business
It includes individual mail, schedule, matters needs to be settled,
name card holder and individual archives etc.
System maintenance
It includes menu setting, personnel setting, institution setting,
department setting, role setting, post setting, workflow setting
and file type setting etc.
Privilege control
The system applies multi-level privilege control such as
institution privilege, user privilege, operation privilege and
information visiting privilege etc., automatically record file
circulation process and user operation log, and it applies

Automatic signature and procedure record
The system applies automatic electronic signature, automatically
sign for the user according to post and name, and combine
handwritten signature to strengthen secrecy. Meanwhile, it can
automatically record working procedure information, and makes it
